Your information is used solely to contact you regarding your travel inquiry, coordinate your itinerary, and maintain your Mukti Mudra loyalty rewards.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Mukti Club coordinates fully customised expeditions where flights, ground transport, and accommodations are locked in immediately upon payment confirmation.
1. Cancellations by the Member
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or our official WhatsApp channel. Refunds are subject to the cancellation penalties applied by the respective service providers — airlines, hotels, and fleet operations — plus a fixed administrative processing fee retained by The Mukti Club.
2. Cancellations by The Mukti Club
In the rare event that an expedition is cancelled due to operational or logistical constraints on our end, a full 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method without delay.
3. Refund Timelines
All approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days.
